“There are two ways to live your life. One is as though nothing is a miracle. The other is as though everything is a miracle.” -Albert Einstein

As a child, I became intrigued with the phenomena of nature, the mystery of being, finding solace, and a certain courage and curiosity in the ineffable mystery of being alive. I found direction in artistic expression, dance, exploration, and wonder. The influence of this enchantment through my life spills out in poetic arrays of creativity, culminating in the presentation of a new line of jewelry.

A line of jewelry that speaks to intelligently attentive audiences, I have named these pieces “Ahh-Ware.”

Displayed in an alchemy of feng shui, geometry, theatre, astronomy, physics, metaphysics, dance, song, poetry, humor, meditation, contemplation and the bittersweet that is each original piece of Ahh-Ware.

As an artist/ designer my career has grown from a fine arts education at the School of the Art Institute of Chicago through to today’s current pursuit of jewelry making and artistic expression. Along with running a successful design studio in Chicago for twenty years, I combined the contemplative/ meditative arts of Zen Archery, dance, yoga, as a time design performance artist and Buddhism in my day to day evolution.

I am an independent painter, sculptor, photographer, and self-trained metalsmith. Inspired by mixed metals, symmetry, nature, music, love, poetry, kindness, being alive.

I am deeply appreciative to have the able heart/mind and body to make Ahh-Ware, the abundance of materials, and those who will be moved to wear Ahh-Ware. It is my intention, through my mindfulness practice of causing no harm and nurturing compassion, to imbue and send each piece of jewelry with this intention.
